| Aims and objectives | |
| The degree programme sets out to provide the student with a fundamental and broad understanding of the complexities of the hospitality industry. Studying in a multi-cultural environment ensures that the student gains insight into issues of diversity and the interconnectivity of all aspects of the industry. On completion of the programme the student should be able to: - collect and analyze data for the purpose of resolving issues directly related to human resource management; - develop intrapersonal and interpersonal skills; - confidently interact with others in a number of organizational settings; - communicate, both orally and in writing; - problem-solve; - effectively use resources in order to ‘learn how to learn.’ |

| The graduates of Hospitality Management programme can pursue a career in Hotels and Hotel Resorts in administrative departments such as Sales and Marketing , Front Office Operation, Food and Beverage, Purchase Controller, Banqueting Manager, and Events Planner or even at areas such as Human Resource officer, Housekeeping executives. Graduates have also the opportunity of a career in Thematic Parks, Cruise Ships, Casinos, Spas, Conference and Events planners or set up their own business in the sector of Hospitality and Catering. |
